CNC Machinists Morson are currently recruiting for apprentice served or level 3 (NVQ/City & Guilds) experienced CNC Machinists and Grinders. If you think either of the below roles are suitable, please apply 6 months+ duration

CNC Machinists Client role overview :
Working on 5 axis Mill Turn Machines, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and machining precision parts to exacting standards, while contributing to continuous improvement across the value stream.
β’ Set and operate CNC Mill-Turns β Okuma U3000/ Fanuc controls β’ Machine complex components to tight tolerances, following engineering drawings. β’ Carry out tool changes, manage speeds and feeds, and ensure process efficiency. β’ Use a variety of in-process gauging and inspection equipment to verify component quality. β’ Apply continuous improvement methods within a manufacturing environment. β’ Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues across the production team.
