CNC Machinists Morson are currently recruiting for apprentice served or level 3 (NVQ/City & Guilds) experienced CNC Machinists and Grinders. If you think either of the below roles are suitable, please apply 6 months+ duration

CNC MACHINISTS
CNC Machinists Client role overview :
Working on 5 axis Mill Turn Machines, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and machining precision parts to exacting standards, while contributing to continuous improvement across the value stream.
• Set and operate CNC Mill-Turns – Okuma U3000/ Fanuc controls • Machine complex components to tight tolerances, following engineering drawings. • Carry out tool changes, manage speeds and feeds, and ensure process efficiency. • Use a variety of in-process gauging and inspection equipment to verify component quality. • Apply continuous improvement methods within a manufacturing environment. • Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues across the production team.
