Our Client is currently looking for driven and experienced QS to join its busy commercial team in central London on a permanent basis. Varying levels of experience will be considered (QS/Senior QS). The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with offices located in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
You'll ideally bring experience from the fit-out sector, will specific banking or large scale retail experience highly beneficial.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing sub-contracts: issuing tender enquiries, awarding contracts, and assessing monthly payment applications Supporting the preparation of monthly CVRs and forecasts (internal and client-facing) Assisting with final account agreements and substantiations Accurately valuing completed work and ensuring timely cash collection Preparing and submitting monthly applications for payment Issuing early warning notices and managing compensation events What We're Looking For Previous experience in retail fit-out projects Strong drive and ambition to succeed Solid subcontract administration skills Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong numeracy and analytical skills Commercial awareness and process driven mindset
