In this role, you will be involved in:
- Designing, developing and enhancing components of the core banking platform
- Converting architectural direction and business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Producing clean, modern and maintainable RPG code across both fixed and free-format styles
- Participating in agile ceremonies and presenting your work to both business and technical stakeholders
- Preparing user guides, training materials and technical documentation
The position requires strong debugging and troubleshooting ability, with the confidence to assess existing applications, update legacy components and introduce new features aligned to ongoing development needs.
