My client is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer to join a dynamic team in the London area on a contract basis. The shift is 4 on 4 off and includes days and nights.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across a variety of electrical building systems. This includes diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures and policies, particularly those set by Integral and Amazon. Accurate record-keeping of all maintenance activities using the site's CAFM system is essential. The engineer will liaise closely with site management and contractors to minimise disruption to operations and will participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks. Additionally, the role supports energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.
A key requirement for this position is possession of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification, which is mandatory and cannot be omitted.
