A leading international law firm is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join a newly created AI & Innovation team focused on delivering practical AI and automation solutions across the business. This role will focus on experimenting with emerging technologies, building AI-enabled tools and workflow automation solutions, and delivering scalable improvements across legal and business services teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders across IT, InfoSec, PMO and operational teams to take ideas from proof of concept through to pilot and rollout. The position is highly hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys combining AI, automation and low-code technologies to solve real business problems in a regulated professional services environment.
Required:
- Experience delivering AI, automation or workflow solutions in an enterprise environment
- Microsoft 365 / Azure / Power Platform experience
- AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or AI agent technologies
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or low-code/no-code tooling
- APIs, integrations and workflow automation experience
- Ability to build PoCs/MVPs and deliver solutions end-to-end
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Legal industry experience preferred
