Interim CISO with extensive experience in managing complex incidents is urgently needed to support a leading London University to address two critical incidents.
The Interim CISO will need to be a very senior operator with credibility within the information security space and the ability to provide leadership and set structure quickly.
Essential Experience- Strong track record as an Interim CISO providing specialist leadership within complex environments.
- Extensive experience in incident management.
- Experience of managing complex site incidents.
- Proven ability to take ownership and lead through critical situations.
- Excellent project management capability including creating clear plans and structure rapidly.
- Ability to have a hands-on approach, reassure senior leaders while also challenging ideas when required.
- Comfortable engaging with very senior stakeholders and academics.
- Ability to adapt communication and leadership style depending on stakeholder group.
- Ability to provide stability quickly whilst being professional, calm, adaptable, and confident.
- Industry, commercial background or equivalent complex environment with mixed stakeholder group.
£800-£1000 per day inside IR35. 6 Month contract. Hybrid with some days on site in central London/flexibility required. Interviews early April to start ASAP.
