An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training & Business Coordinator to work for a global aerospace company based near Chester. The Training and Business Coordinator plays a pivotal role in optimizing operational workflow, overseeing administrative efficiency, and driving departmental training and onboarding programs to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise and streamline administrative workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Generate daily operational reports and analyse site metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Track and follow up on critical action items generated from site assessments and operational reports.
- Lead departmental training initiatives, managing scheduling, logistics, and record compliance.
- Coordinate the Training Quality Plan (TQP) and onboarding framework for new hires to ensure a seamless integration experience.
- Oversee Occupational Health appointment scheduling ensuring full business compliance and attendance.
