Solar PV Installation Permanent, Monday–Thursday
Location: Warrington / Nationwide Projects
Morson Edge are looking for an experienced Solar PV Installer to work on nationwide commercial solar projects. This Monday–Thursday role involves regular travel with overnight stays (typically four nights/week). Accommodation, fuel, and a company van are provided.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise Solar PV installation teams on site
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Deliver toolbox talks and manage RAMS/CPPs
- Liaise with clients and Operations
- Carry out QA inspections, snagging, and final sign-off
- Support AC/DC coordination and commissioning
What You'll Need
- Proven Solar PV installation experience and team leadership
- Knowledge of flat, pitched, and trapezoidal steel roofs
- Skilled in panel layout, string design, MC4 crimping, DC terminations, fault finding, and testing
- Confident working at height with a strong safety record
- CSCS, Working at Height, IPAF, Harness, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness
- Full UK driving licence
