The Opportunity
You're a Technical Product Analyst who'll sit at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations, helping shape and deliver solutions that genuinely drive value. Working closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and engineering teams, you'll take ideas from concept through to delivery—ensuring solutions are well-defined, user-friendly, and aligned to business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to uncover challenges, understand processes, and define desired outcomes.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for engineering teams.
- Identify high-value opportunities for improvement, challenging unnecessary scope where needed.
- Work closely with engineers to support solution delivery, including building user interfaces using enterprise tools (e.g. Palantir Foundry, Power Automate or similar).
- Engage SMEs to capture, analyse, and document detailed requirements.
- Support projects end-to-end: design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimisation.
- Lead hyper-care support to ensure smooth adoption and system stability.
- Enable a seamless transition into Business-as-Usual operations through documentation and knowledge.
