Are you analytical, curious, and interested in how people, data, and customer demand come together? We are a newly established contact centre looking for a Resource Planner to support our Sales and Customer Service teams.
What you'll do:
- Assist with forecasting, scheduling, and intraday performance monitoring
- Analyse call volumes, handling times, SLAs, and other metrics
- Support workforce planning, including part-time and seasonal staff
- Produce reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience
