Looking for a RE or Principal EC&I Engineer for CE&I design for SMPrO Projects. Contract role inside IR35. Required to lead a team of CE&I engineers and designers. Sellafield experience is essential.
Location: Warrington - Hinton House, hybrid minimum 3 days per week. Occasional site visits to Cumbria may be required - Travel & Subsistence would be covered. Candidates can start with BPSS security clearance whilst higher level clearance is being undertaken. You should be British Citizens and passport holders and not have worked outside the UK during the past 5 years.
Essential experience:
- Experience of SL working practices
- Previous experience with the design of a broad range of EC&I services
- Previous experience with radiological / environmental monitoring systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Chartership
Desirable experience:
- Experience working in a fast-paced project environment
- Familiar with working under NEC3 contracts
- Capable of working closely and effectively with engineers to deliver compliant design deliverables
- Able to actively seek input from other engineers, specialists, Utilities and project team members to improve understanding and deliver fit for purpose solutions
- Able to manage a package of work being delivered by the supply chain
- Be able to present information in forms specifically aimed at a variety of target audiences
- Ability to demonstrate competence in a design role (SQEP) in line with the role description detailed above

- Bachelor Engineering Degree
- Incorporate Engineering / Chartered Engineer
- BPSS Minimum, SC Preferred
- Requires Sellafield IT/Pass
