We are recruiting Inbound Customer Service & Sales Advisors to join a busy contact centre team in Birchwood on a fixed-term contract. This opportunity is well suited to experienced customer service or call centre professionals who enjoy fast-paced, structured environments and delivering strong customer outcomes.

Contract Details

  • Start date: Friday 23rd January
  • End date: Friday 1st May
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday working: 2 Saturdays in every 4 (9:00am – 12:30pm)
  • Location: Birchwood, Warrington

The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will manage a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 40–80 calls per day) and provide professional, empathetic support to customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting vulnerable customers with care and professionalism
  • Resolving late or lost delivery issues
  • Validating customer identification accurately
  • Discussing and offering fuel and energy packages
  • Managing difficult or sensitive conversations calmly
  • Identifying and suggesting appropriate upsell opportunities

While customer service is the priority, you will also apply strong commercial awareness where suitable.

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in a call centre, contact centre, or fast-paced customer service role (e.g. hospitality)
  • Confidence handling challenging conversations
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to balance customer care with sales awareness
  • Availability to commit to the full duration of the contract
