You'll provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Health and Safety function, helping to ensure systems, reporting, and compliance activities run smoothly. This allows the wider team to focus on site engagement and proactive safety delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and key deliverables
- Support the ongoing management and improvement of internal safety systems
- Monitor inspections and ensure they are completed on time
- Analyse safety data to identify trends and insights
- Produce and maintain monthly dashboards and reports
- Support performance tracking and compliance reporting
- Assist with inductions and training coordination
- Support testing and compliance-related processes
- Manage schedules for safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Maintain incident and accident records, ensuring actions are followed up
- Take minutes and track actions from key safety meetings
- Support internal communications around safety initiatives and updates
About You

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
