Anders Elite is currently recruiting a Caretaker on behalf of a social housing provider to work across a large residential estate of approximately 1,200 properties in Lower Clapton. This role combines caretaking and driving duties and is essential to maintaining a safe, clean and well-managed living environment for residents.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting general estate management and caretaking duties
- Driving a company van to collect, load and transport equipment, materials and waste
- Carrying out routine checks across the estate and reporting issues
- Working collaboratively with housing staff, contractors and residents
Requirements:
- Full clean UK driving licence is essential
- Previous experience in caretaking is essential
- Ability to manage workload across a large residential estate
- Strong reliability, professionalism and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a resident-focused approach
Working hours: 9am-5pm
