Logistics Operative – Stores / Warehouse
Shift Pattern: Day shift & 2 x nights

Day Rate: £16.68 PAYE / £22.95 Umbrella
Night Rate: £20.90 PAYE / £28.75 Umbrella
Morson Edge are recruiting for a Logistics Operative to support a busy Stores and Warehouse operation within a leading Aerospace environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse and logistics experience who can maintain high standards of stock control, customer service and site compliance across a mixed shift pattern.
The Role
You will carry out a range of logistics and warehouse duties to ensure the effective and efficient control of product within Stores. The position requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in line with process and Health & Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out warehouse and stores duties ensuring efficient product control
- Provide a professional level of customer service to internal stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
- Maintain and report local store stock levels and monitor vending activity
- Ensure the working environment is safe and compliant with company H&S procedures
- Support Continuous Improvement activities and make suggestions for improvement
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Ensure company procedures and processes are followed at all times
- Lead, follow up and help resolve customer concerns when required
- Maintain warehouse security and access control
- Contribute positively to team performance and site objectives
