Business Project Manager – Lloyd’s Insurer

My client is looking to hire a Business Project Manager to support a UK Finance Modernisation (Fin Mod) programme:
- Lead business delivery activities for the UK phase of the Finance Modernisation programme, supporting the implementation of Oracle as part of the third deployment wave following the successful global rollout.
- Act as the primary liaison between UK business stakeholders, Finance, IT, and the Big Four implementation partner to ensure alignment on scope, plans, timelines, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate UK business readiness activities, including process design, operating model changes, training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and go-live planning.
- Manage project governance, RAID logs, status reporting, and decision forums, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
- Facilitate business process mapping and localisation requirements, ensuring UK regulatory, financial reporting, and operational needs are incorporated within the Oracle solution.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across Finance, Operations, and Executive leadership teams to support adoption and realisation of programme benefits.
- UK implementation plan and governance reporting.
- Business readiness and change management plan.
- UAT execution and business sign-off.
- Cutover and go-live readiness assessments.
- Hypercare management and transition to BAU support.
