Overview
Our client is seeking a Business Engagement & Transformation Support professional to support Digital communications, stakeholder engagement, SharePoint content management, governance, and performance reporting activities. The role will help improve how Digital engages with the wider business through effective communications, coordination, and the ongoing development of DigitalHub and associated performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder & Engagement Support
- Coordinate with Heads of Function, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather inputs and manage communications activities.
- Support workshops, working groups, and engagement sessions.
- Assist in the delivery of Digital Communications & Engagement plans.
- Communications & Content
- Draft and publish Digital communications including newsletters, announcements, updates, and roadshow materials.
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned to agreed engagement approaches.
- SharePoint & DigitalHub Support
- Support the development and maintenance of DigitalHub within SharePoint.
- Create and manage pages, guidance content, news, and knowledge materials.
- Maintain content governance, review cycles, and publishing standards.
- Planning, Governance & Reporting
- Support delivery planning, milestone tracking, and coordination across Digital workstreams.
- Assist with governance activities, reporting packs, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Maintain KPI and framework documentation including ownership, cadence, and reporting standards.
- Change & Adoption
- Support rollout and adoption activities for DigitalHub and performance frameworks.
- Gather feedback and usage insights to support continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Essential
- Experience supporting digital transformation, communications, or business engagement activities.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and organisational skills.
- Excellent written communication and content drafting ability.
- Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Experience supporting governance, reporting, or PMO activities.
- Desirable
- Experience with performance reporting, dashboards, or KPI frameworks.
- Understanding of change management and user engagement approaches.
- Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes.
