Business Analyst- Travel Money - Duration: 6 months - Location: Hybrid- 2 days per week in Central London or Chesterfield - Pay range: £500.00- £550.00 per day/ Inside IR35 - Start date: ASAP Key responsibilities include: - Work closely with stakeholders across the Travel Money Business and Digital Business teams to understand business needs, objectives and priorities, translating these into clear and actionable business requirements. - Lead high-level requirements gathering and discovery activities, facilitating workshops, discussions and stakeholder sessions to understand current processes, future needs, dependencies and opportunities for change. - Develop and document features and user stories that are clear, structured and ready for delivery, ensuring they accurately reflect agreed business requirements. - Support requirements definition across a number of key Travel Money initiatives, including the TMC Processor Replacement, Travel App, Travel Hot Spot and Future of FRES. - Work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to identify and document dependencies, assumptions, process flows and, where relevant, UI/UX requirements. - Ensure requirements are reviewed, validated and agreed with relevant stakeholders, achieving the appropriate level of sign-off and approval before moving into delivery. - Work closely with delivery teams throughout implementation, providing clar...
