A global leader in aircraft manufacturing is looking for a Supply Chain Quality Manager with emphasis on supply chain expertise.
Accountabilities
- Implementing Procurement strategy defined by MFT (incl. supplier development)
- Defining couple surveillance decision tree and supplier surveillance plan
- Lead and verify couple compliance to applicable requirements with all relevant contributors
- On Time and on Quality deliveries
- Raising risks, actions follow-up, reporting and escalation in case of deviation to industrial target (incl. in-service issues)
- Identifying activities to be delegated to SCQ
- Supply Chain and Quality contribution to the MFT
When coordinated by a Lead-SCQM, the job holder is accountable for providing relevant inputs related to the following activities to the Lead-SCQM.
Main activities
- Contribute to Engage Suppliers (SO.ES)
- Contribute to feedback on Sub-Commodity strategy recommendation
- Contribute to supplier selection and contract setup (customization of applicable requirements and procedural documents, Logistic conditions...)
- Contribute to Change Request evaluation
- Contribute to deployment of SC&Q standards, methods & tools (APQP, AirSupply, eConcessions...)
- Contribute to supplier contract/claims management (incl. evolution of requirements, processes, tools)
- Secure Supplier Approval and Run Supplier Control Review (SO.CS.02.01)
- Assess, pronounce supplier approvability/approval (including ICOP scheme) and perform SCR
- Contribute to supplier segmentation, identify development needs
Manage Couple Compliance and Maturity
- Manage couple surveillance decision tree and associated couple surveillance plan
- Collect inputs, strategy and SC&Q objectives for the product (or family)
- Establish, share and archive surveillance decision tree (cf. Appendix A of A2135.2_B or APQP decision tree), and initiate correspondingly risks portfolio
- Establish, share surveillance plan and seek decision from management
- Verify Compliance to applicable requirements and secure convergence to industrial Maturity target (supplier capability & capacity)
- APQP Key Business Deliverables, POA Quality Fundamentals, Quality Assurance Plan, Project Management Plan, Supply Chain Dossier, Industrial Quality Dossier/Qualification Plan, Change Notification Form, eCAIR management, Environmental questionnaires
- First Article Inspection/Last Article Inspection check, Source Inspection, Incoming Inspection...
- Nadcap activities with Methods
- Supplier product audits, procedure audits, process audits (for Special Processes, Non-Destructive Testing, Test Methods), Supplier assessments (IPCA+, CCP, ...)
- Quality Standards deployment (APQP, Control Plan, Product Quality Issue Resolution and Management (Q6), Production Process Verification (FAI), Quality Gates End-to-End, Process Capability and Statistical Process Control, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
