Senior Programme Manager - Water Infrastructure
Im currently supporting a global consultancy on a Senior Programme Manager opportunity working with a major UK water utility on large-scale infrastructure and capital investment programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile AMP8 programme, helping to drive the successful delivery of critical water infrastructure projects that will support long-term investment and operational improvements across the region.
The Role
As a Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex programmes and overseeing multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery against programme objectives, budgets and timescales.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading major infrastructure and capital delivery programmes.
Managing programme governance, reporting and performance.
Coordinating multiple project teams and stakeholders.
Managing risks, dependencies and programme controls.
Driving successful commercial and delivery outcomes.
Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and delivery partners.
Supporting strategic planning and programme execution.
About You
Were keen to speak with candidates who have:
Experience operating as a Senior Programme Manager, Programme Manager, Programme Director or Project Director.
A background in water, utilities, infrastructure, capital delivery or other regulated sectors.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing large and complex programmes.
Knowledge of programme governance, risk and commercial management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
