Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Bid Writer to join our team based in Leeds (with Hybrid working). The Bid Writer will play a key role in supporting the business development and pre-construction teams by producing high-quality, compelling bid and tender submissions. This role offers hybrid working, combining office-based collaboration in Leeds with flexible remote working.
- Prepare, write, edit, and coordinate compelling bid and tender submissions
- Collaborate with operational, commercial, and technical teams to gather content and supporting information
- Previous experience in a Bid Writer or Proposal Writer role
- Excellent written English and proofreading skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using tender portals and bid management software
