We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical/Electrical Building Services Supervisor to join our client's team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of building services in commercial and residential buildings in various overseas locations.

Responsibilities:
Manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical building services equipment, such as HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing.
Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that all work is completed to the required standard.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth operation of building services equipment.
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot problems, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and
Experience:
A City & Guilds or HNC qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in supervising building services projects in commercial and residential buildings.
Knowledge of all types of building services equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. xiskglj
