Our client is a leading global professional services organisation operating across infrastructure, transportation, engineering and the built environment. They are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to join their marketing team on an initial three-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives across key markets and sectors.

Working closely with senior business stakeholders, you will help drive brand awareness, support growth objectives, and deliver impactful campaigns and events that strengthen market positioning and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery: Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities and growth objectives. Assist in bringing new services and propositions to market through effective go-to-market planning and execution. Deliver multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, content, events and communications channels. Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Brand Events & Market Engagement: Lead the planning and delivery of high-profile brand events, industry conferences and client engagement activities. Coordinate event logistics, content development, stakeholder engagement and post-event follow-up activities. Maximise event impact through integrated marketing campaigns and audience engagement strategies.
  • Content & Brand Marketing: Collaborate with content, communications and digital teams to develop engaging marketing content. Ensure marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and supports consistent market messaging. Help develop thought leadership and sector-focused content to support business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. Partner with sector leaders and business development teams to understand priorities and identify marketing opportunities. Provide marketing guidance and support to help achieve commercial objectives.
  • Marketing Performance & Operations: Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics and outcomes. Support budget tracking and management of marketing spend. Use insights and analytics to optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI. Contribute to marketing reporting and performance reviews.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' marketing experience within a B2B environment.
  • Experience working within infrastructure, aviation, engineering, transportation, construction, professional services, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution.
  • Strong experience managing and delivering brand events, conferences, or large-scale stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market activities and growth-focused marketing programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working alongside senior business leaders.
  • Strong content marketing and campaign management experience.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience tracking budgets and measuring marketing performance.
  • Strong communication, organisation and project management skills.
