An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Professional to work within the Delivery & Invoicing Team within Typhoon Europe and International Support & Services Department for a global aerospace company based in Samlesbury. The role is crucial in the processing of all pricing requirements, processing of deliveries and subsequent invoicing.
Typical duties will include;
- Ownership of Contract specific tasks
- Uploading of Customer Price Lists (CPL's)
- Sending pricing messages and adjustable cost pricing messages, resolving any pricing rejections that may come back into the business
- Liaising with the Order Book Teams to determine that orders ready for dispatch are priced
- Ensuring price locks are administered to IPO's (Customer orders) where no prices are available and notifying the Commercial team of such instances
- Performing good receipt activities on receipt of delivery paperwork
- Generation of invoices.
- Generation of retro-bills and adjustable cost invoices
- Managing of milestone
