Change & Communications Specialist - Cyber Security Location: UK Remote Duration: 6 months Rate: £400 to £450 per day inside IR35 Summary We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Change & Communications Specialist to support the delivery of cyber security initiatives through effective change management, communication, and awareness activities. Working closely with the Cyber Change Lead and project teams, you will coordinate and execute change delivery support, stakeholder engagement, readiness activities, and user adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation of cyber programmes. You will play a key role in driving cyber awareness and engagement by creating compelling, creative content such as posters, infographics, newsletters, videos, and digital assets to promote cyber-safe behaviours across the organisation. Supporting Cyber Champions and local initiatives will also be part of your remit. In addition, you will draft and coordinate communications across multiple channels, maintain communication assets and SharePoint content, and manage launch and reinforcement activities for cyber initiatives.
