We are seeking a competent and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee trenching operations within fields, responsible for the safe and efficient excavation of approximately 120 trenches. The role requires strong organisational skills to manage daily site activities, including carrying out reports, calculating and monitoring daily programmes, and delivering toolbox talks to the workforce. The successful candidate must be IT literate to handle reporting and programme calculations effectively.

Working hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm with a 30-minute break, paid for 9.5 hours per day. A company van will be provided for travel within a reasonable distance of St Neots, Cambridgeshire. The role demands a hands-on approach with a focus on health and safety, quality, and productivity.

The candidate must hold a valid Black Hat, First Aid at Work, and SSSTS certifications, alongside a full UK driving licence. This position is ideal for someone with experience in site supervision, particularly in trenching or groundworks, who can lead by example and maintain high standards on site.
