We are seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee construction works on a small / boutique housing site in Bedford, ensuring construction activities on site are delivered in a safe and timely manner.
The project duration is approximately 3 month, starting Friday 2nd October, with contract extension likely.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities related to the safe and efficient construction of dwellings, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and site procedures.
Experience within bespoke housing is ideal, but is not essential.
The role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to supervise subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain site safety throughout the project.
The position offers a daily rate between £250 and £270, paid via CIS or Umbrella.
