We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to manage and maintain a two-storey office building covering 5,600 square metres. The role involves general facilities management and estates maintenance, including minor carpentry and plumbing tasks. You will be responsible for managing outside contractors, overseeing the car park, grounds, and office areas to ensure the site is safe, clean, and well maintained. The position operates during daytime hours from 7am to 5pm and offers a rate of £16.92 per hour paid via PAYE. This role requires a hands-on approach to building upkeep and the ability to coordinate multiple maintenance activities efficiently.
