Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to work on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Yeovil. This is a contract role for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
The role involves:
- Designing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment or machinery used in manufacturing, power generation, or power transmission environments.
- Utilising computer-assisted engineering and design (CAE/CAD) software and specialised equipment to support engineering activities and project delivery.
- Applying established principles and techniques of electrical engineering to achieve defined objectives.
- Possessing relevant industry experience and demonstrable technical capability within the field or a closely related discipline.
- Having a working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the role.
- Carrying out tasks in accordance with instructions and pre-established guidelines.
- Working under immediate supervision, with primary responsibilities not typically requiring the exercise of independent judgement.
The role typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
