We are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a major M4 Bath highways project, starting September.
Location: A46, Bath
Start: September
Rate: £400–£500 per shift DOE
The Role:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of highways and civil engineering works
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and project resources
- Drive the programme and ensure works remain on schedule and within budget
- Oversee HSEQ, quality assurance and cost control across the project
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, delivery teams and key stakeholders
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, with a focus on right-first-time delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience working as a Site Agent on highways or major civil engineering projects
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Good understanding of NEC contracts and CDM regulations
- Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Valid CSCS Manager Card
- SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
