Morson Edge are seeking a Commodity Buyer to work on behalf of our aerospace client on a part-time basis.
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Bristol
Hours: 1.5 days per week (this will most likely be split into 3x half days per week, for sufficient responsiveness on project demands)
Duration: Until December 2026
Morson Edge are currently looking to recruit a buyer to join our Clients Integrated Project Teams and support our clients' service and support contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase Orders (PO) for Non-Routine Task Authorisation Forms (TAFs)
- Orderbook Management
- Support to Procurement Integrated Project Team (IPT) Lead
- Invoicing queries / PO Updates
- Export data review
- Low Value Procurements – SAP PO / RBS / Corporate Purchasing Card (CPC) card
- Supplier Approvals and maintenance of supply base Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Sourcing / Tendering
- Trade Compliance and Export Control provenance / investigation of export constraints
