Principal Cost Estimator Location: Barrow-In-Furness Contract: 12 Months Hours: 37 hours per week Rate: £60 per hour PAYE About the Role Morson are recruiting on behalf of a leading Aerospace and Defence client for an experienced Principal Cost Estimator to join their Commercial Estimating team on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimating professional to support major bids, projects and commercial activities within a highly regulated Aerospace and Defence environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead estimating support across bids, campaigns and projects, including final costing and pricing. Develop accurate material and labour estimates using historic data and stakeholder input. Support pricing of bids and project changes, including risk, uncertainty and opportunities.
About You
Extensive experience within a professional estimating or commercial environment. Strong understanding of estimating principles, policies and processes.
