Pay Rates: PAYE Days: £21.31 per hour
PAYE Afternoons: £25.57 per hour
Umbrella Days: £28.30 per hour
Umbrella Afternoons: £33.97 per hour
Shift Patterns: Days: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
Afternoons: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Precision MIG welding on aluminium materials. Working with welding and build fixtures to tight tolerances. Following manufacturing procedures and quality standards. Carrying out manual handling where required. Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Aluminium MIG welding . Ability to follow work instructions and procedures. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Strong health and safety awareness. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
