Morson Nexus and understand a Business Administration Level 4 Apprenticeship.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification, supported by an experienced team who will help you develop every step of the way.

What you'll be doing As part of our friendly administration team, you'll play an important role in keeping the department running smoothly.
Every day will be different, giving you exposure to a wide range of business activities.
You'll: Provide day-to-day administrative support across the department.
Be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, directing calls and taking messages professionally.
Monitor shared email inboxes and respond to enquiries promptly.
Support our trainers with administrative queries and ensure they have everything they need.
Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
Process documentation and complete data entry accurately.
Prepare letters, reports and other business documents.
Organise meetings, training sessions and appointments.
Help maintain learner and trainer records.
Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent customer service.
Complete your apprenticeship qualification alongside your role.
