We are currently recruiting on behalf of a major infrastructure programme for an experienced Administrator / Document Controller to support a high-performing project team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a complex, large-scale build where you will play a key role in supporting commercial activities and ensuring robust document control processes are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Working closely with the Commercial Team and Document Control to ensure smooth project delivery
- Managing and coordinating documentation across multiple workstreams
- Producing and maintaining complex Excel-based schedules and trackers
- Uploading, tracking, and maintaining project documentation via Aconex
- Supporting subcontractor package administration, particularly for steelwork, cladding, and building envelope
- Assisting with upstream (upline) change management processes for relevant work packages
- Supporting commercial reporting, forecasting, and general contract administration activities
- Significant experience working within a contractor environment (not client-side)
- Experience supporting subcontract management, ideally within steelwork, cladding, and building envelope packages
- Strong technical awareness of the above disciplines
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage complex data and schedules
- Proven experience using document control systems such as Aconex
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts and associated processes
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
