Morson Edge are currently supporting a big 4 consulting firm in identifying a BCM Modeller to join the organization in London. The role would provide specialist analytical capability to banks, fintech's and capital markets in the UK. The role would offer hybrid working with circa 3 days in the office. The successful candidate will have responsibility for delivery across a range of analytics and modelling offerings and own portfolios spanning assurance for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Providing analytics and modelling services through the use of software such as SQL, Python, Tableau, SAS, R and VBA
- Work with clients to provide analytics and modelling services including model testing, data analysis and quality reviews
- Stakeholder and team management servicing clients for the firm
To be considered:
- Quantitative academics background (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Sound knowledge of one or more financial asset classes (e.g. derivatives, loans, mortgages)
- Demonstrable background in analytics modelling for banks/FS firms
