Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer with a passion for building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions?

We're looking for a talented developer to join us on a 12-month contract and play a key role in the design, development and enhancement of our Salesforce platform.

Working closely with our Salesforce Technical Lead and Lead Architect, you'll develop high-quality Salesforce solutions, deliver new platform capabilities, and integrate Salesforce with a range of third-party Saa S applications and internal systems where required.

Your work will help deliver innovative CRM capabilities that create real value for our customers.

This is a hands-on development role where you'll work across the full software development lifecycle, combining project delivery with platform support while contributing to the ongoing enhancement, stability and performance of our Salesforce environment.

In this role, you'll design, develop and implement robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and other platform capabilities.

You'll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, following best practice design principles and coding standards.

You'll also develop and support integrations using modern technologies such as REST APIs, Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC), ensuring secure, scalable and high-performing solutions where integration is required.

You'll leverage Azure Dev Ops to manage deployments across user stories, enhancements and defect resolution, while contributing to CI/CD practices and release management.

Alongside project work, you'll be an integral member of the Salesforce Run and Operations team, owning incidents and BAU requests, resolving technical issues and maintaining the health and reliability of the platform.

You'll also contribute to technical documentation, perform peer code reviews, champion development best practices and work collaboratively with architects, developers, administrators and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring at least five years' experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on development experience across the Salesforce platform.

You'll have extensive experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, batch classes and Flows, alongside a solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, data model and platform configuration.

Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming API and Change Data Capture is highly desirable, as is experience working with Azure Dev Ops and modern Dev Ops practices.

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or Omni Studio would be advantageous but is not essential.

Exposure to Omni Scripts, Flex Cards, Data Raptors and Integration Procedures would also be beneficial.

Experience within banking or financial services is desirable, and Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder or Administrator are welcomed.

We welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

If you're excited by this opportunity but don't meet every single requirement, we'd still encourage you to apply.

We're looking for talented people who are eager to learn, collaborate and make a real impact.
