About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Organisational Development Consultant to join a sector-leading organisation on a 2–3 year fixed-term basis. This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful change, enhance capability, and improve organisational performance.

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing organisational challenges, recommending practical solutions, and implementing initiatives that improve employee experience and team effectiveness. This role offers autonomy, exposure to strategic initiatives, and the chance to make a real difference in shaping how the organisation operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of organisation-wide initiatives to improve effectiveness, engagement, and capability.
  • Provide expertise in organisation design, workforce planning, and role clarity.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify organisational challenges and propose solutions.
  • Design and deliver workshops, interventions, and coaching sessions to enhance team and leadership effectiveness.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organisational change.
  • Analyse HR and business data to inform decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people, culture, and organisational development matters.

What We’re Looking For

  • Quality experience in organisational development, design, or transformation roles.
  • Proven track record in large-scale organisational restructuring projects (Ideal).
  • Demonstrable experience with SAP transformations or major ERP implementations advantageous (ideal).
  • Experience working with outsourced partners and managing federated delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of OD frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent facilitation and workshop design skills.
