We are partnering with a leading financial services group to recruit an IT Internal Audit Manager to join their Group Internal Audit team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on IT, infrastructure, security, and cyber audits across a dynamic and highly regulated organisation.
What you'll do:
- Support the development and delivery of the Internal Audit plan, with a focus on IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies such as AI.
- Scope and lead audit engagements from planning through to reporting, ensuring robust assurance, insight, and value-add recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Technology, Information Security, Architecture, and Change functions.
- Drive continuous improvement in audit methodology, ensuring alignment with professional standards and cost-effective delivery.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external networks, including co-source partners, to support efficient and high-quality audit delivery.
What we’re looking for:
- Professional IT/security qualification (CISA, CISSP, CIA) and/or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong experience in IT auditing, infrastructure, cloud, cyber, or digital product development within financial services.
- Deep knowledge of IT controls, cybersecurity, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and emerging technologies.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, deliver audits to time and budget, and provide valuable business insight.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is highly desirable.
