We are recruiting on behalf of a PE-backed global media organisation for a Business Applications Manager, where experience working with C#/.NET-based systems and development environments is required to effectively oversee and challenge technical delivery. The role will lead and optimise the organisation’s enterprise-wide application landscape, with core responsibility for Salesforce, Workday, and a range of integrated business-critical systems. This is a senior leadership position managing highly experienced, globally distributed teams and acting as the key bridge between technology and the business in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach global application and development teams across multiple regions
- Own Salesforce, Workday, and associated enterprise platforms and integrations
- Act as senior escalation point for complex application and integration issues
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, business-focused outcomes
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in a Business Applications / Applications Manager role
- Strong background with Salesforce and/or Workday in enterprise environments
- Experience managing commercial off-the-shelf platforms and integrations
- Confident leader with excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel
