Morson Edge (Technology) in Harrogate seeks a bright, enthusiastic Technical Support Analyst to join the 2nd Line Technical Support team. You will tackle faults across broadband, LAN/WAN, firewalls, SD-WAN, VoIP, VPNs and data centre environments, acting as the key point of contact for customers and suppliers.
