We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure Developer to play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of modern cloud-based solutions across the business. Based at our Hertforshire office on a permanent, full-time basis, you will be responsible for developing secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. Working closely with Product Owners, QA teams, architects, and wider business stakeholders, you will help deliver enterprise-grade applications and integrations that support critical business operations and infrastructure projects.
You will work across a modern Azure environment, utilising technologies including C#, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Front Door/Application Gateway, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines. You will contribute to architectural discussions, champion development best practices, and support the successful delivery of software projects from concept through to deployment.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Developer with strong expertise in Azure Functions, serverless and event-driven architectures, and cloud-native application development. You will have experience building Azure Logic Apps, workflows, connectors, and enterprise integrations, alongside a strong understanding of core Azure services including Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, API Management, networking, and identity management.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or Terragrunt is essential, as is familiarity with Git, GitFlow, GitHub or Azure DevOps, and modern CI/CD practices. You will also bring experience working within enterprise software environments, collaborating effectively with Product Owners, testing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to mentor and support fellow developers will be key to your success in the role.
