We're looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join a major Financial Services organisation on an exciting 12–18 month contract, supporting a large-scale digital transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Financial Services, with proven experience delivering change across lending and/or mortgages.

Experience working within regulated environments and delivering complex technology and business change is essential. You'll be supporting a cross-functional agile delivery team responsible for delivering change across credit, lending or financial crime services. Working closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads, you'll help drive successful delivery by embedding agile principles, removing delivery impediments, managing dependencies, and ensuring the team has the tools, support and focus needed to achieve its outcomes.

The wider transformation programme includes the modernisation of core business capabilities through a combination of third-party solutions and in-house digital services, with technologies including React and Java. You'll play a key role in ensuring transparency across delivery, managing financials, capacity planning, progress tracking and governance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who has successfully delivered complex projects involving system integration, data migration and live service environments. You'll have experience working across Agile methodologies, be confident using tools such as Jira/Atlassian, and possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience within credit, lending, mortgages or financial crime is highly desirable, alongside a growth mindset and a passion for delivering business outcomes.
