A Test Analyst with excellent QA software testing experience is needed to work with our well-established internal educational charity client to support the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and reliable digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work across enterprise-scale ERP/CRM systems, web platforms, and complex integrations, playing a key part in assuring quality across major programmes of work.
Reporting into an IT Test Manager, you’ll act as a testing subject-matter expert, designing and executing structured test approaches across the full testing lifecycle, with a strong focus on System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You’ll work closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure systems are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Essential Experience- Extensive experience in software testing within agile delivery environments
- Hands-on experience testing enterprise ERP/CRM platforms (Oracle, SAP, Siebel, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Strong understanding of web platforms, integrations, and cloud-hosted services (AWS)
- Excellent defect management, traceability, and risk-based testing skills
- Demonstrated experience in accessibility and inclusive user experience testing
- Familiar with WCAG 2.2 and ISO 29119 compliance standards for accessibility and software testing standards
- ISTQB certification (or equivalent) and a relevant degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience across the full test lifecycle, with emphasis on SIT and UAT planning, execution, and reporting
- Excellent defect management and traceability practices, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and scripts across web, ERP/CRM, and integrated systems
- Produce and manage test plans aligned to organisational standards and ISO 29119
- Validate functionality, workflows, integrations, and data integrity across enterprise platforms
- Manage defect triage, reporting, prioritisation, and retesting cycles
- Support major releases and iterative delivery cycles with clear test coverage and reporting
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and offshore/vendor teams
- Champion accessibility-first testing, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.2
- Provide clear insight into test progress, risks, and go/no-go readiness
