We're working with a leading digital media organisation undergoing a major transformation as it expands its digital and content-led commercial offering within a specialist industry sector. As part of this growth, they're hiring a Commercial Marketing Manager to play a key role in bridging the gap between sales and marketing, ensuring campaigns are both successfully delivered and commercially effective.
The Role
- You'll work closely with sales to bring commercial campaigns to life, while also building awareness and driving leads for a growing suite of digital products.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of commercial marketing campaigns (e.g. white papers, reports, content-led campaigns).
- Manage campaign execution across channels (email, content distribution, digital platforms).
- Track, analyse and report on performance and lead generation.
- Partner closely with sales to ensure campaigns meet client expectations.
- Build and execute demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across sales, content and data teams.
- Challenge briefs and provide input to improve campaign effectiveness and protect brand integrity.
What we're looking for
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within tech, SaaS, media or publishing.
- Strong background in content marketing and demand generation.
- Experience running lead generation campaigns from planning through to reporting.
- Confident working with data, performance metrics and conversion funnels.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and push back when needed.
