We are currently partnering with a global leading financial services company to recruit a Workday Finance Functional Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for a Workday specialist to play a key role in supporting and enhancing Finance systems functionality while working closely with stakeholders to drive process improvement across the Workday platform.
The Role
As a Workday Finance Functional Analyst, you will support key Finance functions including FP&A, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects. You will work collaboratively with Finance stakeholders to identify requirements, improve processes, and deliver effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support Finance areas including FP&A, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects
- Partner with Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver practical system solutions
- Configure, test, and implement Workday business process improvements
- Maintain Finance master data and ensure system accuracy
- Support integrations, system events, and Tier 2/3 issue resolution
- Contribute to process optimisation and knowledge sharing across the team
What you will bring
We are looking for someone with strong analytical capabilities and experience working with Workday Financials or Finance systems in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience with Workday Financials ideally gained within the insurance or financial services industry
- Understanding of finance operations and data/reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
