We're looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to lead a smooth year-end reporting process for a well-established UK business in the hospitality sector. This is a hands-on, technically-focused role with no line-management responsibility, giving you the freedom to drive key milestones and coordinate across teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the year-end external audit and be the main day-to-day contact for auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate specialist workstreams, including property valuations, treasury, and pensions.
- Prepare statutory packs, management papers, and IFRS financial statements.
- Maintain balance-sheet controls and support wider financial reporting queries.
- Advise on transactions, accounting entries, and fixed-asset accounting.
Who we're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified.
- Proven experience leading external audits for large or listed groups.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102, and UK reporting standards.
- Confident with Excel, ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4 HANA), and large reconciliations.
