They work with high-growth fintechs, regulated payment institutions and digital asset businesses navigating FCA authorisation, operational resilience expectations, and fast-moving regulatory change. This is a role for someone who wants to operate at the frontier of UK digital finance – shaping how firms respond to regulation, not just interpreting it.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Lead client engagements across payments, e-money and digital assets
  • Design and review operational and enterprise risk frameworks
  • Deliver compliance monitoring, audit and remediation programmes
  • Support FCA authorisations, variations of permission, and regulatory change projects
  • Provide board-level insight on regulatory strategy and positioning
