We're supporting a leading London Market insurer in the search for an MI & Performance Analyst to join their growing Management Information team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MI professional to play a key role in developing underwriting and management reporting capabilities across the business. With strong support from senior leadership and significant investment in data and reporting, you'll have the chance to make a visible impact from day one.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing insightful underwriting and management information across multiple business lines
  • Producing reporting for senior leadership, committees and boards
  • Building and enhancing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
  • Delivering ad-hoc analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making
  • Working closely with underwriting, finance and operational stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and drive improvements
  • Identifying data gaps and helping enhance reporting capabilities across the organisation

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience delivering MI and performance reporting within a commercial environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
