Supporting the management and monitoring of the Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) portfolio, as required by the DUA Manager and Chief Underwriting Officers of both trading platforms.
Contributing to the set up and ongoing operation of all DUAs and their compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Assist with managing the Delegated Authority portfolio by:
- Completing onboarding due diligence for all new Coverholders including sponsorships to Lloyds
- Maintaining ongoing due diligence for the life cycle of the Coverholder relationship and underlying contracts
- Conducting renewal due diligence for all existing binders, lineslips and consortia
- Completing Coverholder applications, class of business, branch offices and regional extensions for Coverholders
- Supporting Underwriting and claims teams with delegated authority queries and approval processes including Mid Term changes
- Contributing to the life cycle management of the delegated authority book of business
Experience of managing Lloyd’s Coverholder relationships and associated processes and regulations.
Have a working knowledge of Lloyd’s DA systems including Atlas, DCOM, DAM, Wordings Repository, Crystal Plus etc.
